“Holidays are a good opportunity to try something different and on our final night that something is our accommodation. It’s a tiny house erected in a paddock of Saddle Camp about 15 minutes west of Bradwood, which specialises in hose riding experiences for girls. Owner, Helen Faulkner, invested in tiny houses to attract some extra income. If you’ve watched one of those tiny house shows on television you’ll know what to expect. Upstairs (though it’s more like ‘upladder’) is a loft with a queen bed and below is a lounge with a fold-out bed, compact shower toilet and kitchen. But the glass walls and wraparound deck really sell it, especially matched with a glass of wine on a lazy afternoon.

In the (ahem) wee hours I get up to heed the call of nature and encounter nature of a different kind; a wallaby cropping at the grass outside our window. When the sun’s up and we’ve had breakfast and packed the car, we wander up to the stables and Helen takes the kids on their first horse ride. After some initial nerves, Chloe and Cody get into it and by the end they’ve declared the guided trail ride their holiday highlight.”

Dear Helen & Family, Thank you so much for your hospitality! We had a great little getaway here in Braidwood, and loved staying in your Tiny House! We look foward to staying again, from Jackie and Cody xx

Dear Faulkners, Thank you so much for letting us stay! We had a lovely time! Thank you for being so welcoming and being so kind and helpful! From Cathy, Claire & Ada :)

What a gorgeous weekend getaway. The host was so helpful, friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this stay. From Matilda

Thank you Helen and your family for an absolutely amazing place to nestle for a couple of days! We will recommend to many!!! We had a lovely time and wished we had a little longer! We will be back :) Truly thanks so much, from Alex.

Thank you so much for your hospitality and thanks again for the very kind birthday present. It was so nice! We had such a lovely stay. It was so awesome to wake up to see the roos hopping about. We saw a tiny little joey practicing it’s bouncing! From Beth

We stayed just for the night and loved the tiny home. Helen was a great host that showed us around the property and to the animals including baby chickens. We did the horse riding the following day which was amazing. Helen definitely made us feel super comfortable and knew so much about the land we were on which was great. We definitely look forward to coming back soon!  From Luca

Loved our stay at Tiny House Braidwood. Our host Helen was absolutely a pleasure. She was very accommodating and responsive. Will definitely recommend for anyone looking to get out of the city life for a bit and enjoy the peace here.  From Sameera

My partner and I had a wonderful experience! The location is amazing and the host Helen was really kind with us. I definitely recommend this place!  From Chiara

Saddlecamp is not just a stay but an experience! Helen and her family are wonderful host and took great care of us especially my 4 year old. She made sure my daughter had the best time. Helen showed around her farm, put her on horse & fed the goats - even though the weather was not favourable. Loved every bit of the stay. Lots of wildlife around. Town is 10 mins away. Very peaceful location. Totally recommended. Tips: Try Saddlecamp’s breakfast with fresh farm eggs. Yum! For dinner - Try ‘Smokey horse’ in town centre for great dumplings & Nepalese cuisine.  From Kapil

Had a lovely night stay with Helen, we are planning to go back soon.  From Natalie

Absolutely lovely place to stay, even if you are not ride horses. We just spent a night on our road tour back from Tasmania to Sydney in one of the tiny homes. We absolutely loved the hospitality of our hosts - the breakfast was incredible. Out dog went crazy seeing the wallabies close by and all the other animals.
Our only issue was the missing headroom in the "bedroom" on the upper half floor. In this respect the house was a bit too tiny for us. From Andreas

Thank you so much to Helen, Rob and the kids for having us here the past few days, we've had the best time ever.
We were blown away by your hospitality, generosity, warmth, amazing cooking, and loved learning about gardening, goats, chickens, horse-riding and overall farm life here.

You made us feel so welcome and comfortable, and we are already thinking about when we may be able to next come back.

Thank you for going above and beyond as wonderful hosts!

There is so much to do on the farm - we had things to do all day. Between farm tours, horse-riding, picnic trails, piano, spa, games and TV, we were spoiled for choice.

Food & drinks

The food was absolutely amazing - we were so impressed with how consistently delicious, fresh and varied the menu was. Helen and her family manage to strike the perfect balance between professional cooking and also the feeling of a comfortable, home-cooked meal.

Our family cherished every moment in this cozy tiny house on the farm. Highly recommend for a peaceful retreat. Thank you Helen, from Mahboubeh

Hello Saddlecamp,
We had a wonderful time staying at the Tiny House for one night with our three young grandchildren.

Helen and family and staff made us feel very welcome. The children loved feeding the goats and chickens, playing on the trampolines and, the biggest thrill being taken for the horse ride. They could not stop talking about it.

Helen and family catered for us beautifully with real home cooking.

We really appreciated being able to book for just one night. Most places have minimum stay of two to three nights making it unaffordable for us. We would highly recommend The Saddle Camp Tiny House for a unique family experience.

Thank you so much from Susan, Eric, Stella, Charlie and Toby.

Loved staying at the tiny house for our getaway! Nice location, very tidy. Helen was excellent at communicating and very welcoming! Felt right at home. From Lillian

Beautiful little getaway, lovely host that was super responsive and helpful.  From Emily

Had a great weekend gateway. The host Helen and her family are very friendly and easy to get along. Highly recommended for horse riding during your stay. From Enson

The Tiny House was truly a fun experience for us. We had a great time connecting with the nature, animals and were very well looked after by Helen and the boys. what an experience we have had and what a lovely family we have ever met!! :) They were incredibly kind, generous and made our stay & experience enjoyable. We highly recommend the Tiny House and can't wait to be back again soon. From Ian

Helen went over and beyond for me. I injured myself as I was leaving my home and could not drive straight away. It was about 5 hours of driving. By the time I got there, it was dark. She kept in touch with me and assured me that dinner awaited me. I enjoyed a late-night chat. She looked after me so well that despite my pain, I slept pretty well. I woke up, and she had a hot breakfast and packed lunch for me. She looked after my dietary needs perfectly. I wish I had been there early and enjoyed the beautiful farm in the daylight. Well, I look forward to doing so next time. From Kiyomi

We enjoyed staying at this charming tiny house on my birthday.

I can't express enough how incredibly warm and welcoming our host, Helen, was. It felt like a home away from home.

The tiny house was nestled in the most picturesque countryside, surrounded by lush greenery, tranquillity, and peace. The birds, the wallabies, the chooks, the goats, the horses painted the farm greener.

The accommodation was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities that made our stay convenient and enjoyable. And star gazing was a bonus.

Helen and her son Dexter were lovely souls who went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome guests throughout our stay. From being shown around the farm, sharing stories about the farm and the surrounding area, to providing delicious homemade meals made from fresh produce sourced from the farm itself, we truly felt cared for.

Thank you for the yummy French toast for my birthday breakfast.

The horse ride was tricky for me, but my son loved it. Overall, our experience at this tiny house was nothing short of exceptional. The warm hospitality and kind host made our stay memorable.

I highly recommend this tiny house to anyone seeking a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway amid nature. Thank you so much, Helen. From Andee

Helen is one of the sweetest hosts we have ever had. She went out of her way to make sure we had all we needed, including morning drinks, breakfast and dinner. The surroundings are so peaceful. We had fun seeing all the kangaroos dancing in the yard. From Michelle

A beautiful location, Helen was an amazing host, went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, took my children to meet the animals, walked us through her garden. Helen also has horse riding lessons, this was an amazing experience for my daughter (her first time on a horse). The attention to detail and care Helen has for her business is amazing. There’s a beautiful swimming hole three minutes from the tiny house, great for a few hours play with children.

Helen, her husband and her children, were very friendly and well mannered, they also encouraged my children to tag along in caring for the farm animals, this was a lovely experience for my daughters as they haven’t experienced this lifestyle before.
Overall great time and experience for my family. Thank you, Ursula

Lovely tranquil setting, with kangaroos grazing outside and lovely swimming spot a short drive away. Helen is a super friendly and responsive host. We were in town for a wedding and booked both tiny houses for the weekend. Nicely maintained, matching description and photos. From Karin

Lovely place with the kindest landlord and the most enthusiastic service. If you like reading Google reviews like me, please don’t hesitate to feel the vibe in the fields. From Paul

Absolutely exceptional service by a beautiful, loving, caring and wholesome family.
Would thoroughly recommend anyone to go there.
Best Airbnb in Sydney by far!!
Helen, Rob and their boys are amazing. We were treated like royalty and they are such hard workers.
We needed for nothing as everything was served or given to us before we could ask.
It was clean, tidy and welcoming.
Looking forward to returning again xx
The “Saddle Camp” gets a A++++ from us. Thank you Helen, Rob and boys

I loved our stay in the tiny house, it was a fun experience. From climbing the steep steps to the loft bedroom (not suitable for anyone with mobility issues), to using the composting toilet and discovering how much can fit into such a small space. It’s a quiet and peaceful location with lovely views including kangaroos at dusk and sunrise. The host was a great communicator and very helpful. I would highly recommend.  Fron Sam

Thank you so much to Helen and her family for having us here the past few days, we've had the best time ever.

We were blown away by their hospitality, generosity, warmth, amazing cooking, and loved learning about gardening, goats, chickens, horse-riding and overall farm life there.

The food was amazing and tasted both professional and home-cooked, and there was so much to do so it was engaging throughout our stay - farm tours, horse-riding, picnic trail walks, games and more.

They made us feel so welcome and comfortable, and we are already thinking about when we may be able to next come back.

Thank you for going above and beyond as wonderful hosts! From Rob and Monika

Thank you Helen for our delightful stay in your tiny house. We wish we could have stayed longer! Kind regards, Kathy

We had the most amazing stay!

Helen is a fantastic host, the tiny house was cosy, comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed.

Our home cooked meal was absolutely delicious as were the treats left in our fridge. Breakfast at the Cafe was great, freshly made bread was perfect and delicious.

It's so tranquil, surrounded by nature and easy to settle & relax in.

Helen and her family have worked so hard to be eco friendly & sustainable. They are working hard to rejuvenate the land after flooding & bushfire.

We will be back and highly recommend a stay here just to literally get away from it all.  From Laura

Awesome charming accommodation for a quiet weekend getaway. Helen and her family were great and we shared many great moments. Thank you, La

Helen, we can’t thank you and your boys enough for a truly wonderful 24 hours. It was absolutely our pleasure to stay in your domain. Wishing you all the best. Warm hugs, Lenya

Hi Helen! Thank you so much for the experience, letting us stay the night, and all the services! You’re such a nice person, and it was so fun with the horseback riding! Thanks, Gabriela

Helen, thanks so much for your hospitality. The stay and your farm are lovely. Extra special thanks for sending the running vest ahead that we had left behind! So appreciative, Andy

Thanks so much for having us stay, the cookies and muesli were amazing!! :) Will definitely come back if we’re ever in town. From Alicia

Helen and her family are fantastic hosts and have a lovely tiny home on their saddle camp farm. The tiny home is cosy, with stunning views and is surprisingly spacious for something tiny. Helen is very friendly, and very responsive. The food we ordered was delicious and delivered right to our door, and the horse riding you can do at this place was a lot of fun.

Hi Helen, just wanted to say thanks again for your kindness and hospitality. I am genuinely disappointed that I wasn’t staying longer as I would have loved to see more of the land and meet your lovely horses and goats. The tiny home was very comfortable for my needs. Best wishes to you and the family! From Jessica

Would come here again and highly recommend. From Shannon

It was great to experience a little house in a wonderful bush location. From Gerry

Our family had an incredible one-night stay at Helen's charming tiny house. The house was clean, well-equipped, and cozy—a perfect retreat. The highlight, however, was Helen's exceptional hospitality.

She gave us an unforgettable experience by letting us help feed the horses, chickens, and goats in the morning. Our kids were thrilled, coming from the city, and this was a magical experience for them. Helen also showed us her beautiful herb and vegetable garden, inspiring us to connect with nature.

The history, shops and friendly locals of Braidwood also made it a delightful visit.

For anyone seeking a peaceful weekend away with fantastic hospitality, we highly recommend Helen's tiny house. Thank you, Helen, for a memorable stay! From Anna

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! While it was winter and freezing outdoors, we were toasty and cosy inside the tiny home. Helen and her husband we’re so kind and responsive of any questions we had and made the stay incredibly enjoyable. We will back back for sure!  From Emma

Beautiful spot: the country was spectacular. Helen is a wonderful and welcoming host! The tiny house was super cute - exactly as in the photos. From Nina

Really a hidden gem. This is an eco horse riding adventure camp for kids and their adults. It’s fully catered which is amazing and the hosts are just the best people. We absolutely loved everything about this place, it’s people and the experience. Thx. From Daniel

My girls and I had a wonderful time. Thanks Helen. From Naomi

A big thank you to Helen and her wonderful family. They went above and beyond to look after us. We had an amazing stay and it exceeded my expectations. We were kept busy looking after animals, walking their spectacular property, being fed delicious food and my son loved the horse ride! He was very upset about having to leave. We'll be back though! From Tessa

Helen is the loveliest person you could ever meet. Welcoming and kind and we were so well fed!! The place is so peaceful and calming. Amenities amazing. We will definitely stay again. From Karen

I had the greatest experience at the tiny house, the host Helen is adorable, I cannot expect any host to do a better job she did. She’s lovely and approachable, tried to accomodate every single request I had in an efficient manner. Can’t wait to go back again soon! Thank you for the fantastic two nights Helen!   From Fi

Must Try! Had the most relaxing weekend away in this Tiny home with all essential amenities. It was everything we wanted- private, cozy, pet friendly and clean. The owners were easilly accecesible and very friendly. We felt at home instantly. To top it off, the Saddle Camp on premise offers horse rides if you are looking for an activity. The town is only a 10 min drive. Good restraunt and cafe choices. Recommend trying this tiny home and meeting the wonderful family that own the property. From Ash

Hi Helen Thank you so much for our short stay and introducing us to your lovely animals and just amazing what a small world it is as we could of crossed paths ages ago at the UTAG conference. Take care and you keep going with your positive and beautiful nature. From Kev & Gail

Wonderful experience for our kids. From Richard

Awesome stay! Hosted by the lovely family. Helen was amazing introducing the pony ride to my nervous 5yo girl. And you will enjoy the wildlife with the visit from Kangaroos. From Phoebe

Couldn’t ask for a more accommodating and friendly host! Best ever home made bread and goodies! Fabulous. From Penny

I went to The Saddle Camp Tiny House last weekend with two of my friends. First of all, everything was amazing! The hosts were very friendly, we connected with the hosts' families, they are available 24/7 if you need any help.

The Tiny House itself was amazing! We thought it would be a bit stuffy with three people inside, but the house was very spacious and clean! You can find everything inside the house. There was even a BBQ pit and we had the best time of our lives.

We had the chance to explore the farms and did horse riding as well. The animals are all well taken-care of and the view is amazing.

Thank you very much, Helen & Fam! We will definitely come back! From Chelsy

Had a wonderful stay, wish I could stay longer! Will definitely be back. Helen is amazing, lots of chatting about the horses, a common interest! Food was great, I felt very spoiled. :) Thanks for everything Helen ! 10/10. From Nadia Van Kasteel February 2023

Happy New Year to all! Let’s start off 2023 with a feel good story!
1961 Coffee since 2010, has only had one mission and that’s to connect all people with good coffee. Recently we had the pleasure of spending a night in a Tiny House on Braidwood Farm Stay and Cafe which is also the home of Saddle Camp; a girl’s riding school.
🤎
It’s run by a truly lovely family, who go above and beyond in every way. They personally took us on a farm tour and as coffee has a habit of doing it connected us.
🤎
The cafe opens every day for a Shepherd’s Breakfast with Working Farm Tours running from 7.30am-9.30am. There are 2 Tiny Houses on the property where you can stay and enjoy the abundance of wildlife, and views of the countryside are straight out your window. Helen can also deliver to your door dinner and breakfast. Her Sunday roasts are to die for!!! Yum!!
🤎
A true Aussie gem if ever there was one; make it your next little get away!

An amazing escape with beautifully maintained Tiny Homes. Helen and her partner are the most amazing people, and so very kind and hospitable. They really make you feel so happy! The views are amazing, with horses, goats, chickens to keep you entertained. There are walking trails, a clubhouse and even a river nearby to chill in. Or once there, you can simply unwind and enjoy the country air. It’s also pet friendly and my sleepy dogs loved it. Couldn’t be happier with the stay, and amazing to experience a tiny home. Will return as it’s so tranquil. From Devesh

We had a lovely stay at Tiny Away. It was set up with everything you need for a weekend away and for a “tiny place” it felt very spacious inside. Super comfy bed and just lovely waking up to the birdsong and lots of kangaroos and wallabies feeding around the place! It was slightly closer to other residences on the property than we were expecting, but the trees offered plenty of privacy. Thanks for a great weekend. From Matilda

Hi Helen, Thank you for a great stay, we slept so well! We’re heading back to Melbourne but very impressed with everything we could have done here if we’d planned the trip otherwise - I think we may have to come back! Thanks again, Liv.

To Helen & Rob, Thank you for a wonderful stay and being so welcoming! Happy New Year!!! From Sinead and Rob

If you are looking for a getaway from city life or a simple halt while travelling I cannot recommend you Helen’s Tiny Home enough! Our stay was perfect - had all the amenities to stay inside the property and appreciate little things in life, Nature and Peace. We were warmly welcomed by lovely Helen when we arrived at the property with a wide smile. We were on a little walk on the property when Sam greeted us and introduced us to the main members of the Saddle Camp, the horses! The place was exactly how it was described in the picture and was a time to appreciate nature, animals, people and not to forget the beautiful night starry sky. I missed Helen’s breakfast, may be that can be the reason for our second visit!!!! From Suman

We absolutely loved the house, beautiful and clean. The kangaroos in the evening were a beautiful surprise to my sister in law who came from Europe and never saw kangaroos before! We will be back! From Doi

A much needed stopover with beautiful surrounds. There are goats, chickens, horses for the little ones to explore with a trampoline to keep them busy as well. We get to pick and eat delicious home grown gigantic strawberries. Helen and her family are such fantastic hosts. We would definitely come back. From Nhi

Beautiful stay, peaceful & restoring to be around nature, Kangaroos, Wallaby’s, birds, horses , goats & chickens too, in harmony together,
I loved my picnic hamper time in the bush, made with care & organic goodness, wonderful bush walks,
Thank you Helen, Rob & family for making my stay so welcomed & sharing your amazing property😊. From Ingrid

My second stay in 6 months and just as great as our first. The tiny homes are located on a working saddle camp, and it’s a joy to see the horses and goats and walk around the property. Really comfy, beautifully decorated. A quick drive into Braidwood. From Alison

Helen goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. From Simone

Excellent host on Helen's saddle camp. My wife and I enjoyed a great weekend. If you want to find a place to escape from city, this is the right place for you. From Joey

We had a fabulous stay in Tiny House 2. A great location with the most amazing host. Helen was so friendly, accommodating and eager to help in any way. We went on a walk with the family to meet the farm animals and ordered dinner to our house from the cute little cafe on site. The Sunday dinner roast and dessert was delivered to the door. It was a big serving and delicious!
The house itself was spotless. Sweet little touches like electric blanket on the bed, nice toiletries, complementary muesli, yummy biscuits and juice included.
I have no hesitation at all recommending this place and coming again. 5/5 From Shiroma

We really enjoyed the tiny house. We met the horses, goats and chickens. It was a nice adventure going for the shepherds breakfast with Hellen and the kids. We had a beautiful picnic in the bush where we could hang the hammock they provided to us. Hellen kids are lovely and we even played soccer with them. We really felt at home and Hellen was very welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much, Camila

Its a beautiful, relaxing place for a weekend getaway. Helen was so welcoming and nice. She showed around the property, horses, goat and chicken. Tiny house was very clean and comfortable. We saw kangaroos at the property as well. Hot chocolate in the cafe was great. Worth the stay. From Sachin

As soon as I saw the listing I knew it would be a heap of fun. And it was. The tiny house has everything you could need and it's just a great, comfortable retreat for one or two people. But the real start of this attraction is the wonderful Helen who's property the Tiny House resides on. Spend a few moments chatting with Helen and you'll have a smile on your face for the rest of the day. Definitely try her homemade cooking and sweets and take some time to help around the farm if you can. Tiny House and Helen's wonderful hospitality are a winning combination. From Cameron

Amazing place for a getaway, convenient location for groceries, peaceful and quite. Helen is a Great Host, very friendly and helpful. She made sure to make us feel comfortable. Definitely will visit again. From Pratibha

Helen is a very friendly host. The stay was very peaceful. From Mimi

Beautiful spot. We had a great time exploring the nearby river, kids loved horse riding, putting the goats to bed and the fun social air hockey and soccer games. Helen is a wonderful and generous host. So lovely to be able to visit their farm. From Caitlin

Helen was a fabulous host - she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The tiny house was very cute - felt like a real adventure for our four year old son and was just enough space! Was very clean and Helen had left some biscuits and juices. The, shepherds breakfast, farm tour and horse riding were fabulous! Helens cooking was delicious, my son absolutely loved the horse riding (Helen is such a great, gentle teacher) and we all had so much fun exploring the farm with the goats and horses. Thank you! From Kate

The host, Helen, was a true Aussie gem and treated us like family during our stay - making herself available and ensuring we were comfortable, yet providing us with a respectful privacy. Surrounded by nature, the location was awesome and was the perfect setting for both a tiny home and the adjoining riding camp with plenty of wildlife (and a couple of cute resident goats!) to admire around the property. Our family of four (with two primary-aged girls) absolutely loved our time there running around the paddocks and would highly recommend combining a stay in one of the tiny homes with one of the many horse-riding adventures on offer for kids to complete your experience in the great outdoors! Helen's warm & gentle nature and personal touches - like delicious homemade treats (also available at the Saddle Camp cafe) - were the cherry on top. Awesome weekend away, we'd love to come back! From Flowerpot Blossom

Fantastic weekend getaway experience! Thank you Helen for her awesome accommodation. From Zelly

We loved our stay here! The Tiny House was exactly as described, tiny, but it was cosy and warm even on such a cold weekend. It had everything we needed including a small, portable cooktop and cookware to make dinner on our first night, the kids (7 and 3) loved being so close to the horses, kangaroos and amazing bird life and my daughter had an amazing time on her mini-adventure ride. Thank you Helen for being so helpful, warm and welcoming during our stay. From Lauren

Our little getaway at Braidwood was so amazing! Our host Helen was absolutely lovely and was so helpful! The place is very very clean and the bed was so comfortable too. We had no problem with the cold night as there were both heating and air conditioning. We had such a great time and we would definitely come back again! From Yifan

Braidwood is a beautiful area and the two of us had a lovely, comfortable stay in Helen’s Tiny House. Beautiful outlook and lots of kangaroos at dawn and dusk. Really great place for a mini break. From Ravenna

The tiny house was lovely and Helen was a fantastic host. Our pup also had a great time! Thank you so much, we had a fantastic time and hope to be back sometime. From Ana

Our host Helen was super wonderful, helpful and never stopped smiling. She made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Also, her homemade anzac biscuits were incredible!! From Monica

I’m biased on the location - I love this area! The tiny home is very comfortable, it’s set up so well for you and you can have full privacy if you want it. Close reach to town and great swimming holes! From Hannah

Such a beautiful piece of heaven. Would love to go back again and again. And thanks Helen for being the warmest host. Cheers Jody

We had a great time at The Saddle Camp Tiny House! It was just the kind of escape we needed from the busy city of Sydney. Helen and her family are lovely people. From Ashley

A very tidy and lovely Tiny House equipped with everything you need. A very comfortable bed and the bedsing smelled divine. Helen was a host and was very attentive and responsive. Totally recommend it! From Jennifer

Really fabulous getaway- just be sure to check the weather! Such a beautiful and relaxing place to spend some time away. Great accommodation, lovely walks around the meadows, and Helen is fantastic. She is exceedingly kind and her food is incredible delicious!! We'd recommend the cafe just for a day drive and lunch! The tiny house was lovely to stay in and had everything we needed, with the bonus of beautiful views. However, there is only one road to get into the area at the moment. (Google says there are 3 but the other 2 have been damaged by bushfires/floods in recent years). The road in has a bridge which is subject to flooding in severe weather, and we were stuck for an extra day due to flooding. Despite this, Helen and her family took really great care of us, kept an open line of communication about the flooding and weather, and were very generous in their food and hospitality whilst we waited it out. So, all in all very good but definitely check the weather! From Catherine

Thanks Helen, what an experience. It's amazing how much can get packed into such a tiny space. As for the location.......wonderful having around a dozen kangaroos feeding within 20 metres of the house in the morning. You are wonderful hosts and made the stay so much easier. From Steve

Beautiful location, and great quality accommodation! From Michael

Great experience and would definitely do it again! The tiny house had everything you would need and was extremely clean. Helen is awesome as well! From Jackson

Super cute, cozy and clean. The host was really friendly and nice. From Jennifer

We spent a lovely 2 nights in Tiny Home #1.

Helen’s communication and instructions were super easy to follow and we loved that this property is only 10minutes away from Braidwood and just over an hour from Canberra where we are so we didn’t suffer massive car fatigue.

It is a nice peaceful spot with lots of kangaroos around. The house itself is very functional and beautiful. We found everything we needed and tended to eat out in town. The addition of tea/coffee and cookies were very welcome :).

The shower was bigger than we thought ! And very hot water. Compost toilet worked like a treat. Love the idea of saving water. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon gave us comfort.

As others mentioned being in the bush we did have some moths, flies, and spiders but to be expected and nothing to be afraid of. From Mohammed

Great stay! Helen was a lovely host and the place is magical! Had kangaroos say hello in the morning as well. From Demi

I posted photos to Instagram and many of my friends would like to know more about this place! very friendly host, nice tiny house with good range of amenities in the kitchen, great horse riding experience for kids. Stars at night are amazing! From Jammy

Helen is a super lovely and communicative host and the tiny house doesn’t feel tiny at all!! A lovely place to stay! She's an absolute lifesaver too - we forgot some things when we left and she had them in the post the next day! She even sent them express and sent us through the tracking number! Hero! From Chris

A fabulous little getaway amongst some beautiful bush and farmland. Helen was very hospitable and welcomed my last minute booking. A very relaxing place. From Jacqui

Had a great time in our Tiny house. Location is beautiful with lots of wallabies and kangaroos in the paddock next door that are quite happy to pose for pictures. Tiny house itself has everything you could need for a great stay. If you have mobility issues then the ladder to the bed could be an issue but the sofa downstairs can turn into a bed so it doesn't have to stop you staying here. Will definitely look to stay again some time and also keep an eye open for the other Tiny homes around Australia too. From Alex

Great little stay concept. Incredible hosts. Great for the unplug and unwind stay! From Paul

My partner & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tiny House 1. The hosts were lovely and so easy to communicate with, while also respecting our privacy. The house even came with a heated mattress topper, which was fantastic for the cold mornings & nights. I also appreciated that the house is dog-friendly. Our dog had the best time running around the meadow, going on a bush walk, and seeing all the wallabies on the property. We can't wait to visit again one day. From Cassandra

Very unique experience of downsizing. Lovely place to stay . We had a rainy night clear sky night would be more beautiful. From Rojita.

Awesome view and nice host! My two dogs enjoyed the space and we all loved it! From Justin.

The Tiny House is a perfect getaway for a couple or small family. The house has a everything you need, just bring food & drinks. It’s not too far away but not too close to town and is nestled in a beautiful location. Helen was very attentive, if we needed something. Thanks again and we will be back. From Bronwyn

We had a wonderful stay and will be back! From Deb

The hosts were extremely friendly and polite while being respectful of our space. The only interactions we had were ones we initiated however when we did they were really friendly and happy to chat. The tiny home air bnb gives a perfect mix of outdoor relaxation with indoor creature comforts. The large glass doors and windows provided great views and natural light. The loft bed and couch were both super comfortable and spacious. The deck area with the outdoor seating and the miniature charcoal burner on the deck was a very thoughtful touch. The small close-to-nature design without a television provided the perfect opportunity to switch off, relax and be in the moment. From Georgina

Dear Helen, Thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality during our stay. Very pretty place and we were warm and comfortable last night. Your homes are delightful. We like all your gumtrees. Best wishes, Leanne.

The Tiny House was lovely. The ladder like steps make it not suitable for everyone. The location is quiet and rural. It rained heavily during our stay so we were not able to be outside at all. It is not far from town and has a lovely outlook. From Karen

Gorgeous venue, wonderful to get out in the countryside. We loved the tiny house and a horse ride and walks on the property. Helen was a beautiful and welcoming host! We are so glad we came! Loft bed was wonderfully cosy, comfortable and warm for a Winter’s night! From Peter
